52nd Annual Spring Hope National Pumpkin Festival October 3-4

Thank you for your interest in serving as a committee member to Save the Pumpkin Festival. Your energy and time will directly impact the quality of life in Spring Hope.

The most important part of an event is the people, the residents, business owners, & stakeholders, YOU. That's who makes these things happen. The committees will take on simple task to collectively make the Pumpkin Festival as best as ever before. To apply simply fill out the questionnaire below. 

YOU MUST INDICATE IN THE FORM WHICH COMMITTEE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR. THE AVAILABLE COMMITTEES ARE LISTED ABOVE. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

You must love the town of Spring Hope and the Pumpkin Festival, and willing to do what you can to make it the best it's ever been, step up to the plate to save this event and transfer stewardship to the next generation.

EXPECTATIONS:

1. Attend monthly committee meetings
2. Communicate and network with others working alongside you. 
3. Always keep the best interest at heart for the event, this is about the town as a whole 
4. Always try to make sure task are handled ahead of time. We want to make sure we      pass the next generation a healthy vibrant and very much alive event. 
5. Must  be able to work self sufficient with tasks assigned.
6. Can commit to volunteer a minimum of 2 hours per month of your time 
7. Must be willing to follow a specific plan and complete task exactly as assigned, so all operational procedures are followed accurately to avoid liability and foster an environment for a successful event

SELECTION PROCESS:

1. Committee members selected will be based off of committee picked and volunteer      positions available that will best fit you, so it's easy and FUN work.
