I have decided with all my heart to be the Mayor of Spring Hope.  I offer a fresh set of eyes but am still deeply rooted in the Spring Hope community through my wife's  (Danielle) family.  Our daughter (Lucy) is a 4th generation Spring Hope Native.  I grew up in rural Nashville, just a few miles down the road, in the Corinth Community but have lived in several cities, some as big as Charlotte. 

Being raised in a Christian background taught me the Golden Rule at an early age.  Treating everyone equally, showing kindness and compassion, and working hard were all main focuses of my parents Cynthia and Neil.  I understand the value in working together for the common good, being inclusive, collaborating, and sharing. 

As a child I enjoyed racing ATVs on closed course racetracks  around the country.  This made me very competitive by nature, one that will be consistent and finish the race.  Protecting our town while guiding its growth is a long race, one we will do together. Traveling the country with my family created a unique bonding experience, while meeting and spending time with folks from all walks of life from all over the country.  I have two sisters, Andrea Creech and Caraleigh Pritchard (passed in 1992).  

I love animals and nature.  I have two pugs, Lolly and Dolly, and a shar-pei named Ralph.  I have saltwater aquarium full of live corals and fish.  My wife Danielle has been the love of my life since 2003.  I have spent many years in Spring Hope visiting my wife while we were dating and even moved to Spring Hope in 2006 to be closer to her.  Danielle keeps me grounded, yet motivated.  She makes our house a home, and really defines the word family.  She was raised in Spring Hope so you know she's a good girl.  Meeting her was the best thing that ever happened to me, until we had Lucy, our daughter.   I also enjoy fishing, grilling out, helping my neighbors, church, golf, and racing

I believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  We should all dream and chase those dreams.  We should all be able to do that in Spring Hope. Together, We Can.
